Lets get personal. : )

walked my 2 miles today. Hips were hurting but a burned through it anyway. Just to let everyone now how hard it is for me, i weigh........ 280, well now 275, lost five! & im pretty short! so im a big girl. ( really do not give this info usually, lol! just hoping to inspire others that they can do it too!)
