So. I fell off the wagon around the Holiday season last year. I tried and tried to get back in the swing of things early this year. But. Just. Couldn't.
Now I'm at it again. Slowly but surely. I've been walking every day for a week now. About a mile each time, until today. Mom and I walked about 2 miles in the lovely fall weather.
I ended up losing 50lbs last year. I put almost 20 of it back on. I've lost 4lbs this week.
What's everyone else up to??
