So it seems I'm kind of at a plateau. I guess that means it's time to mix things up a bit, eh? I'll have to do some research and see what I can come up with. Jogging and running are out of the question for me. I can get in the pool some days and do leg work there, but not every day. Maybe I need to try the bike in the fitness room? some weight training?? Anyone have suggestions?
Our lovely member, Lynn, is in the middle of a cross country move! She started out on the east coast, and is currently in Texas, on her way to San Diego! Good luck, Lynn! Once you get to Cali, the summer weather is MUCH better for outside exercise, no humidity!
